Notes for teachers

To submit your students' work for the Farley Arts Trust Awards please use the form below and complete all the fields as requested.

This form is currently closed for submissions. The next Farley Arts Trust Awards & Exhibition will take place in 2028.

Students studying the following courses at state schools in East Sussex are eligible to enter. Please be aware that these Awards are not open to Independent schools in East Sussex. If you believe your school is eligible but you cannot find it in the dropdown list, please get in touch with us at (enquiries@farleyartstrust.co.uk this email needs creating)

Homeschool groups based in East Sussex are very welcome to enter if their students are studying at the following levels. Please get in touch at the above email address to discuss this further.

11 - 16 Schools GCSE

Schools may submit up to 3 works from 3 different GCSE students.
Making a maximum of 3 works in total. The submission fee is £8 per artwork.

11- 18 Schools GCSE/A Level,

Schools may submit up to 3 works from 3 differentGCSE students, and up to <3 works from 3 different. A LEVEL students.Making a maximum of 6 works in total. The submission fee is £8 per artwork.

16 -18 6th form colleges A Level

Colleges may submit up to 6 works from 6 different A LEVEL students.
Making a maximum of 6 works in total. The submission fee
is £8 per artwork.

16 - 18 the form Colleges Post 16 level 3 Creative & Applied Pathways

Colleges may submit up to 6 works from 6 different Post‑16 Level 3 Creative & Applied Pathways students. Making a maximum of 6 works in total. The submission fee is £8 per artwork.
